Returns
Items that have been damaged during transport or are not fit for purpose we are happy to accept the item back for a full refund. The return postage must be paid by the customer.
No refunds will be given due to colour or size. Please contact us if you are unsure prior purchase and we will assist wherever possible.
If you wish to return the item or have any questions regarding your order please contact us within 36hours of the item being delivered.
Complaints
We take complaints very seriously. If you wish to make a complaint please email jessica@naileducationacademy.com where your complaint wll be direct with the business owner.
