Booking Policies

When booking an appointment with NEA Nail Salon you are agreeing to the following policies.

 

Cancellation and booking policy:

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will require full payment.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours will require 50% payment.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) going forward will also incur a fee, as above. After several no shows, appointments will no longer be offered. 

  • If you wish to change your appointment in any way including service changes please get in touch as soon as possible. 

  • Nail art must be booked in advance. 

  • Nail appointments are solely clients responsibility to book and check. If you are ever unsure of what appointments you have, please contact Jessica for confirmation. 

Payment methods are cash or bank transfer only. Wi-Fi is available in the salon should you need it to process payments.

Please also note:

  • All services are non-refundable. Each treatment involves care, time, and quality products.

  • If you're ever unhappy with any part of your service, please speak to me (Jessica, salon owner) as soon as possible.
