What is an accredited course?

An accredited course is a course that has been officially recognised, approved and accepted. Our accreditation runs through an industry known company called ABT.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Subscription service

Once your information has been submitted and documents are sent out with any log in details and student information, you may cancel but you are unable to receive a refund and will not be qualified.

Online store purchase

You have 14 days cancellation policy. You can be refunded for whole courses in this period. 

Products/manuals may be returned in original packaging and undamaged. Buyer to pay for postage return cost.

When will I receive my certification?

You will receive your NEA certification once all assessments and exams are completed. Your tutor will work with you on any areas of improvement so you pass confidently.

Is there a time limit to complete the course in?

With NEA you will receive a structured weekly lesson plan. This will cover different theoretical and practical sessions each week. Homework will also be sent home weekly. All the work load is manageable with a busy life however we understand the pressures of life, work and children, so extensions are welcome. If you have any concerns please contact your tutor.

Can I get insurance with online courses?

Our online training courses are fully accredited by Associated Beauty Therapists (ABT) who are the UK’s leading provider of beauty therapist membership and insurance. With the certification you can work offering treatments to paying clients, from home, salon or freelance.

Where do I purchase a nail kit and can i purchase products from beauty wholesalers?

In your welcome pack you will receive a kit list of what to purchase and where from. NEA will soon have kits in stock so please keep an eye out for updates. You can also purchase beauty supplies from your preferred beauty wholesale supplier upon completion of the course.

What support will I receive throughout my course?

A weekly video-call will be arranged with your tutor to discuss your work and progress. You can raise any areas of concern at any time by using the Contact page. A weekly email will also be sent out with industry news, hints and tips.

Are you qualified tutors?

Yes, at the moment there is only one tutor and owner of the business, Jessica. Please check out the About page for further info!

Jessica is also a member of The Nail Federation. Ensuring only the best training is given to support students entering the industry.

 

What age do I have to be to enrol?

16years old.
