It has been a long journey. My life wasn't always this way.
I have built my career from the bottom. Starting with nothing, and I genuinely mean, nothing. I have gone from living on my own at 16 years old, a young mum at 19, working and studying at college to try better my position. By the age of 22 I had three young children. I continued and NEVER gave in. I went though some of my most difficult years in my mid 20s. Financially and mentally. As I went into my late 20s, my life started to get back on track. I worked even harder than before, teaching in further education, completing a University qualification, working part time doing mobile nails and raising my family. I had finally ticked off one of my biggest goals!
Now, I am proud owner of a successful business, I have great client base, a whole range of qualifications that I worked super hard to achieve and this doesn't stop here. As you go on in life, your goals change. Your path changes. I've learnt to jump on the wave and see where it takes me. I have big plans for the next five years and I look forward to pushing and pursuing.
If I can advise you anything, it would be to just keep going. Keep focused, keep pushing forward. You will achieve your goals. It takes commitment, time and sheer determination.
